In short: we only collect what you type into our quote form, we use it only to reply to you and prepare your quote, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Mairetini is a small web studio based in Baao, Camarines Sur, Philippines. This policy explains what information our website collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
1. Information we collect
Quote form. When you send a request through our form, we receive the details you type in: your name, business name (optional), email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. Please don’t include sensitive information such as passwords, bank details or government ID numbers.
Email. If you email us directly at mairrmdd@gmail.com, or if your email app opens because the form could not be sent, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send you a quote.
- To talk with you about your project and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
3. Who handles your information
- Netlify hosts this website and stores the requests sent through our quote form (Netlify Forms).
- Google provides our email (Gmail), where we receive and answer your messages, the website fonts (Google Fonts), and the map showing our location (Google Maps), which your browser loads when you visit. Google may use cookies when the map loads.
- Pexels provides some of the sample photos on our website, which your browser loads from their servers when you visit.
These providers may store or process data outside the Philippines, including in the United States. We use them only to run the website and answer your messages.
4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep project messages for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterward for our records.
5. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct information that is wrong or out of date,
- delete your information or stop using it, and
- withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
Just email mairrmdd@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may also contact the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
6. Security
The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS), and only we can access the requests and emails you send. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
